Convenient to much of downtown Wilmington along with the waterfront, Beautiful views from the rooms of the Cape Fear river. Parking is very limited and the rooms, mainly bathrooms, could use a deep cleaning. Otherwise, we love staying at this Beat Western for its overall convenience to Live Oak Pavilion and downtown Wilmington.

Nice facility, friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Good breakfast options. Close walking distance to downtown area. A bar/restaurant option on site would be a nice addition. Overall excellent stay.

The staff was very kind when we checked in. The breakfast was excellent and the staff member was friendly and very helpful.
