Positive: 3-4 minutes walk to subway/street car stations and bus stops (we had no car, and used Deutschlandticket; commute to Koeln Hbf around 20-25 min), supermarkets (ReWe, Aldi, Lidl) around the corner. Washer (3 EUR) and Dryer (2 EUR) on site. Ipartment has an office in the building: feedback about the apartment has been immediately acted upon; they do Quality checks on the apartment; linens and towels are changed every other week. Nice Biergarten (Gilden Brauhaus) 10 min walking. Negative: Ipartment pics are misleading. Pictures are not linked to apartment categories. Suggest to clarify prior to booking. Overall: Clevischer Ring (B8) is a heavily occupied street, police/ambulances, with sirens on, passed the building on multiple occasions daily. "No AC" (my wife, US) was solved with "windows open" (me, German), but we had to close them at night to keep the traffic noises outside. We stayed for 5 weeks and would stay there again!

我们对工业风格印象特别深刻，注重实用性，却又不失温馨舒适。入住和退房都非常便捷。

稍微想了一下。卧室在楼上，浴室和卫生间在楼下。浴室的顶部是开放的（像烟囱一样的开口），因此所有气味都散发到整个公寓。下水道气味很浓。
右边床上没有插座，没有灯，也没有床头柜。
位置不错，但不太舒服。
位置很好，但床很差，枕头也很糟糕。我们在那里住了 4 天，其中 2 天没有热水。没有空调，所以夏天这里一定很热。
