no hot tub
the only thing that was not good was the Hot Tub. The jets did not work and the water was green either from the jets nit mixing up the chlorine or algae. I asked the front desk person and she tried the timer with no success she did ake the temp and informed me it was at the correct temp per regulations. The pool was clear and inviting but not as whay i wanted or needed after a long day. one of the reasons I chose this hotel was because of the Whirlpool /Hot Tub. very disappointed it was not as advertised

酒店回复: Sorry to hear that, unfortunately it turns color when lotions/colognes/perfumes, when guest do not shower 1st and mixes with chemicals. I did get it fixed right away with maintenance . Otherwise I hope you enjoyed your stay

The front desk worker was so friendly and welcoming. Offered extra bottled water when he knew we needed it. Advised us of where to have dinner.

The front desk man was so helpful and nice. He came and tried to fix both the beds in our room which when we layed down on them they collapsed. He felt so bad that he couldn’t offer us another room but they were booked solid. He fixed them enough that we could lay on one side of each bed.

Besides the rv camp site as our window view everything else is so nice very nice people clean and convenient.

Great location. Property has seen better days...very outdated...especially the bathroom. Poor lighting. Needs an upgrade. Breakfast lacked yogurt...othrwise OK.

Very nice suite. It had 2 bedrooms . I didn't expect that. The pool is open late so that was cool. We got there pretty late due to problems on the pass. i was suppose to be there on the 8th but I didn't get there until around 3 or 4 am the next day. And I already had the room booked so I had to pay for 2 days. But it's okay. It's not the hotels fault we had a horrible drive there coming over the pass.
The staff was very friendly and actually wanted to help guests. And their breakfast was amazing. The only other hotel I been to that had breakfast that big was in Florida .
Just make sure you stay inside at night because there is a lot of wandering people outside at night.

I liked how friendly the employees were and the options they had for breakfast. What I didn’t like was the original room I stayed in had stains in the bath tub and the shower head was broken.

Hotel was in a great location to hit all the places we needed, freeway access etc. staff were all friendly and polite! room was nice and clean each day!
