Easy parking, clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast was good and hot, and the yogurt dispenser with a couple choices in toppings was a plus. Pool and hot tub were clean and the pool was warm enough to get in.

Room was clean but it smelled bad...I don't know if it was disinfectant or just what. Everytime I walked into it. ALSO, it was a rainy day and chilly. I turned on the heater and it smelled very bad, like it was the first time it was run in a year and was very dusty. I turned it off. My wife put on two sweaters before crawling into bed. We would have complained but we were only there for one night. We will not go bac.

I've tried to cancel this reservation at the hotel and through your website but couldn't do it. I bought the insurance. I'm hoping you will honor it and refund my money.
