This was a LONG trip for me. I definitely have been in the service industry most of my life. It's amazing how SO many hotels charge as much...if not more for less.
The guys at the front desk were very nice, and sincere. There's a difference. Love the set up, breakfast, pool and hot tub open 24/7! Great room. Hooked my YouTube up, it was a pleasure. Made for a better start to my day travel. Good sleep, great accommodations, easy access AND a great staff means A LOT. Thank you. I will look for u on future travels. 💞 Nancy Kay

Our room with 2 queen beds was everything one could ask for: spacious, well-equipped and well lit. The beds were super comfy, Our only issue was with nearby traffic noise - which obviously is not something the hotel could control, and is an unavoidable downside of being in such a convenient location to nearby major highways. We would have been happy to spend more time in this location if our itinerary had permitted, and hope to stay here again.

The beds are very comfy! The staff were very friendly. The hotel is right at a stop light and busy highways, VERY noisy at night time!

First room we checked in smelled of old smoke. The nice lady at the front desk switched us to another room which was much better, and apologized for any inconvenience.

Worst bed I’ve ever slept on. Bedding and towels had stains. Room was full of rips, cracks, and dings — dirty and extremely dated. Definitely would not come back.

Disapointing Breakfast & Hot Tub
I booked this hotel for the 24 hour hot tub and breakfast. Unfortunately, I was unable to experience the hot tub because one family after another were playing in the hot tub with their children late at night. I tried to wait it out, but then another family came in. Nobody was breaking the rules, but it is unfortunate as an adult with leg and back pain that I cannot use the hot tub because kids are playing in it. Normally, this would not be the end of the world for me, but it was disapointing considering that this was the primary reason I booked the hotel.
Breakfast was disapointing. I was so excited for it and it was supposed to run until 9:30. They stopped stocking plates, cups, and forks prior to 9am. They also stopped stocking their eggs and meat around that time even though they said they cook until 9:30. I waited 30 minutes by the egg station and finally asked an employee if there were more eggs coming and she veey rudely ahowed me her clock and that it was 9:30 and they are done. I won't get into the whole interaction, but it was rude and awful customer service, on top of the fact that whoever was in charge of keeping an eye on breakfast and morning operatoons dropped the ball. There were other issues but they are minor by comparison. I am hoping my stay was a fluke... they have great reviews but this was not worth $130. We were going to stay here a few times a year for a clean & sober softball tournament but we will have to take our group somewhere more accommodating.

房间又大又脏
勉强算得上一个不错的睡觉的地方，床足够一个大家庭住。但是房间和公共区域相当脏乱，其中一张床有人睡过，床单都没换。浴室里到处都是头发。我们向工作人员求助，他们只是递给我们新的床单，让我们自己换。早餐也很无聊。
