The floor in the bathroom was filthy- when I picked up the white towel from collecting water- it came back brown - there wasn’t any shampoo or body wash in the shower- thank goodness for bringing my own toiletries

Parking was simple with a large parking lot available. We were on the 2nd floor and although shampoo, conditioner and body wash were offered the bottles were empty. I didn’t think to check to see if there was product until I was in the shower. Fortunately I brought my own.
The front desk man Kevin was a wonderful pleasure to converse with! He was very friendly and helpful when we needed to stay one more night. He made sure the new room on the 1st floor was serviced completely.
