It took me 30 minutes to find a parking spot. There’s no signs to help people find the back lot which is kind of hidden.
The elevator got stuck a couple of times, so I had to take the stairs. The third floor ice machine was out of order and the tv remote only half worked. But at least I had hot water unlike my last visit.
I will say the man at front desk was helpful and patient with everyone

Clean & Comfortable at a decent price.
Clean and comfortable hotel room at a good price for the area. It's located right off the busy Portsmouth rotary but we couldn't hear any traffic noise from our room. There's a restaurant attached (seemed busy but we didn't go) and they have an indoor pool which we didn't use. Room was clean, bed was comfortable good enough to crash for one night for us. Less than two miles to downtown Portsmouth, so short, cheap Uber ride. One negative is room or front desk did not have a wine bottle opener :(

The property is clean as well as the room. The facility needs to update its rooms for electronics. Front desk girl on 10-1 was wonderful and helpful but the one the next day was not as friendly.

First room we checked into was satisfactory, nothing great, nothing bad, just a room for the night. However, my husband went to take a shower and there was not one drop of hot water. He got dressed again and went down to get the room changed as the phone was not working either, Room was changed to a new room. The new room was outstanding. It had been redone and was excellent. While we weren’t happy with the no hot water, the situation was rectified promptly and with minimal effort. it is not what goes wrong but it is how management deals with the issue. The young man at the front desk was excellent and got his manager involved to take care of the issue.

i liked the diner next to the hotel. The only thing i didnt like was there was no remote for the t.v.

酒店位置离市中心有点远。一张床塌陷了,不过房间整体还行。但是,就酒店品质和地理位置来说,价格还是太贵了。
地理位置方便,酒店比较老,设备需要更新了,酒店服务人员按步就班的样子吧,没有什么惊喜,感觉和其它的best western酒店不太一样
淋浴水很冷,地板清洁得很差。
除此之外,一切都很好,还有免费咖啡。物超所值!
