I called and asked for bathtub, they said they had a room ready but when I arrived there was just a shower and the front desk guy said that’s all they have. The kitchen has no cutlery, no plates, no cookware, no dish soap. Room smells a bit moldy. But the bed was pretty comfy and the room was dark for a good night’s sleep. The pool was pretty nice I just wish the room was warmer in the winter or there was a jacuzzi. Free coffee machine with latte feature was very nice and convenient

Room was slightly too warm. Easy fixed by adjusting thermostat. No plug for sink.On purpose? Very quiet, considering the high traffic volume nearby. Staff VERY friendly. A housekeeper matched us up with a tablet we had left in the reception area.

酒店位置离市中心有点远。一张床塌陷了，不过房间整体还行。但是，就酒店品质和地理位置来说，价格还是太贵了。
地理位置方便，酒店比较老，设备需要更新了，酒店服务人员按步就班的样子吧，没有什么惊喜，感觉和其它的best western酒店不太一样
淋浴水很冷，地板清洁得很差。
除此之外，一切都很好，还有免费咖啡。物超所值！
