There was stains on the sheets and pillows. The recliner had crumbs and animal hair all over it. The room really needed a new coat of paint. The tv did not work. When checking in there was a kiosk that had a video chat with someone to check in. Not very personable. They also run a uhaul rental service out of the hotel so parking is very limited with all the uhauls parked around.

There was an electronic check-in kiosk and the person on the other end was difficult to understand. The property was not well maintained, it smelled poorly, and the locks on the door to our room was inadequate in my view.

This was the first time that I have checked in at a kiosk and it was very off-putting.
The hotel was 100% non smoking but it was apparent that our room had been smoked in.
Otherwise, the hallways were clean. The room was clean.
