Check in with Ajay was easy. Unfortunately, I had somehow doublebooked the room after my plans changed and didnt realize that the loner stay had not been canceled prior to my checking in. I received a 1(one) night penalty on my refund. The rooms reflect the budget pricing. They were clean. I had to be moved as my 1st room heater did not work. Train noise and extremely loud whistle was heard at around 6pm, 3AM, and early morning due to close proximity of railroad crossing.

We were surprised when we arrived. We expected a much better motel for the price. The first thing we saw was this motel also functioned as a UHaul outlet, something we've never encountered before. We found the motel to be old although looked like it had been upgraded at some point. We still saw parts of the motel in disrepair. There were no elevators to the second floor which is where our room was. We were required to take stairs at the rear of the motel. The stairs were made of wood and in veery poor condition. My wife and I are 75 and each time we took the stairs, we worried for our safety. The stairs had rubber strips attached to the steps, apparently to prevent sleeping. Some of the rubber strips were becoming unattached and something to trip on. All in all, we would never stay at this motel again.

Absolutely horrible. No staff on property during entire stay. Was denied an accessible room and forced to walk up stairs with luggage and a physical disability due to no elevator and supposedly having no rooms on the first floor.
The original room we were put in the lock was broke. The guy on the kiosk put us in the conjoined room… it was filthy, stains that were crusted on all the bedding and cigarette burns. The lamp shades even had gross stuff on them. There was hair all over the bathroom and I had to clean the toilet seat just to use the bathroom.
The guy on the kiosk wasn’t helpful at all other than changing rooms and just kept saying “I’m so sorry, we didn’t want your stay to go this way” and “we will try better next time” I tried to request a refund through hotels but even they couldn’t get one saying the hotel has strict refund policies.
I 100% feel scammed by this property. With no staff on site it’s easy to not take accountability or care how a customer is treated or care how the rooms actually look. The pictures online do not represent what this hotel is actually like. Very highly disappointed. I will never, ever stay at a Baymont property again.
To Baymont, please use some decency, honesty, and transparency with future customers. Nobody should walk into a place feeling trapped because they were lied to online by a place that is supposed to be professional.

There was stains on the sheets and pillows. The recliner had crumbs and animal hair all over it. The room really needed a new coat of paint. The tv did not work. When checking in there was a kiosk that had a video chat with someone to check in. Not very personable. They also run a uhaul rental service out of the hotel so parking is very limited with all the uhauls parked around.
