We've been staying at this hotel on and off for more than the past 10 years. Since our last visit in 2021, it looks like the parent company has completely forgotten about this hotel. The facility is woefully understaffed, and the rooms are long overdue for freshening. The complimentary breakfast was inedible. There's existing tarped roof damage from a summer storm that faces the street. This unsightliness further lends to the tired appearance of the facility. We have always really enjoyed staying at this hotel as it is at a very convenient halfway point to our destination and we really like the hotel staff. We sincerely hope the owners will take critiques like this to heart and save the hotel while it is still worth saving.

This was our 5th or 6th stay at this hotel. Unfortunately age has not treated it well and she’s definitely due for a major facelift. Staff is and always has been great, but they can’t make up for the physical shortcomings of the facility.

Room was very stinky, mold in refrigerator, crumbs and hair in one bed, other bed had hair also. Bugs in the dresser drawer. No mattress covers on either bed just a sheet over the mattress. No cover and probably manny other things. Moved us to another room , but was hard to sleep after seeing everything in the first room

Noticed there were several charges to my credit card ,tried resolving this issue during my stay but staff said the Manager would have to look into it. They took my information and i was told manager would contact me but this never happened. I was charged twice for my stay and hsd to gile a Dispute with credit card provider to try and get refund. Still unsure why there were 6 different transactions on my card from the motel.

Key card kept not working and with the rain the wood barrier getting wet made room feel muggy and sticky if ac was off.
