Noticed there were several charges to my credit card ,tried resolving this issue during my stay but staff said the Manager would have to look into it. They took my information and i was told manager would contact me but this never happened. I was charged twice for my stay and hsd to gile a Dispute with credit card provider to try and get refund. Still unsure why there were 6 different transactions on my card from the motel.

Key card kept not working and with the rain the wood barrier getting wet made room feel muggy and sticky if ac was off.

Building is being renovated by new owners new owner so I seem to be really good people, but the building has a lot of old equipment yet

This hotel didn't measure up to other Comfort Inns we have stayed.Neither key opened door. Manager came and had trouble also. We got inside eager to relax after a long day of travel only to descover the toilet was left with tissue inside. Toilet did not flush. Moved us across the hall. Inside we found no hand soap,coffee cups and parcel candy in made up bed. Towel with a huge hole. Breakfast was subpar. Cereal but no milk,no juice or fruit.Bagels and muffins were stale To say eggs and sausage were not t to eat is an understatement. Housekeeping is very lacking. FRONT DESK workers nice. Disappointed!!

Would not go here again.
Did not get the room I reserved-
Got confirmation on king with walk in shower and got a room with 2 queen and bathtub with handicap shower. There were no towels or bathroom amenities. Had a coffee pot but no coffee or tea. Around 10:00 pm someone knocks on our door and says we aren’t registered He was the same gentleman who was standing in the back of the desk when we were being checked in. and In the morning, full breakfast was a bowel of cereal and warm coffee. In fact there was a sign saying cereal only.
