I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at Country Club Wildlife Resort Bandipur with my family during the first week of January 2026. While the location, activities, swimming pool, and meals were satisfactory and added value to our experience, I regret to inform you that several aspects of the stay were disappointing: The resort structure appears very old and poorly maintained. The room and bathroom were not cleaned properly, and I even found cigarette waste left behind by previous guests. Despite informing the reception about the cleanliness issue and the non-functional intercom service, no staff attended to rectify these problems. The lack of intercom service caused significant communication difficulties during our stay. Overall, the service quality did not meet expectations, and this caused considerable inconvenience. I hope you will take this feedback constructively and address these issues to improve the guest experience in the future.

Location of property is excellent with beautiful landscapes and serenity. Food served as buffet is average. Con's : The behavior of the service staff is I don't care attitude. The front desk guys body language shows the very intent to be not service oriented towards the customer. In fact on checkout the front desk guys was trying to pull the bill receipts from my hand before I can review them. Overall a bad and unprofessional front desk. Although while booking the property the reservation guy mentioned all assistance shall be provided for booking a jungle safari at the property. The front desk completely acted in defiance and did not help in booking one, giving vague and changed versions every time. Do not rely on the property to book any safari's for you, book your own or better of stay in JLR for hassle free safari rides bookings.

The property is very close to the forest and convenient to reach - the last mile road is muddy and bumpy. The property was sprawling and has plenty of room for a large group. Food was basic but well prepared. Rooms and overall upkeep of the place could have been much better. The aging shows and more attention needs to be given from a maintenance perspective.

Food was very good. No WiFi, front desk response was so pathetic. Service lied that it was raining and the WiFi will resume after 30 min , but it was not. Another suggestion from the service desk was to sit outside and use WiFi, which is so ridiculous

Awesome place and hospitality is good the staff working there are very friendly. Food taste is very good. Nice place to visit with family.
