We stayed here for 3 nights with family. This place is near entrance of sanchi monument. Hotel is old . Ample open space for relaxing. Some areas like reception, dining are newly renovated but most of residential area is old ( seepage in rooms, furniture old ) . We want to appreciate services of Ram singh yadav at restaurant . He served food to every guest as per request. Very professional in work.special thanks to him . —- Positive:- Near sanchi monuments and udaygiri caves . Ample open areas , gardens, playgrounds. Support staff attentive Food requirements are met Advise:- Reception Staff is less responsive ( should interact with guest to know guests requirements ) Pool area is not maintained. Breakfast time should be consistent.( we saw guests waiting for breakfast @8am) Rooms should be renovated.

The room was not so clean.Lot of seepage on walls. Staff were really kind and helpful, room service was quick. The flow of water in the bathroom was very low and problematic. Food was good and fresh. However breakfast was served late. Would not prefer to stay again.

A nice property very near to sanchi stupas. Food is good, though tandoor items were not available during our stay. The resort has reasonable open area within its campus and has good parking space ***** with nice little swimming pool and a small gym. The staff was courteous. Rooms have good space, though finish of the rooms are not upto the mark.

Property location is good, property is very old so not easy to maintain properly. Plumbing is very poor & faced very bad experience by unable to use wash room & huge wastage of water for > 4 hrs onwards! staff is very humble & remain humble to serve with limited resource availability. State govt/tourism to look in such valuable properties & allocate budget to well maintain.

Mpt gateway has the potential to be a great hotel. It has an excellent location close to sanchi stupa. The rooms were adequate. The restaurant and bar were nice though the service was slow despite there not being many guests. The staff were helpful in arranging an autorickshaw for us to see the stupas at sanchi, sonari and satdhara. I think that mpt gateway is a government owned hotel and like other government owned enterprises it can benefit from some additional investments.

The mp t property at sanchi is located close to the stupas. It has some extra facilities like a gym, restaurant and bar as well. There is ample parking available. The rooms were spacious with all the amenities one would expect at this price. The staff is very well-behaved and attentive. The food in the restaurant is also good.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Gateway Retreat, Sanchi. The staff helped arrange a trip to the Udaygiri Caves, and the location of the hotel means you are not far from the Sanchi Stupas. The bar is cosy with fun decor. I love that I could see langurs and a great variety of birdlife at the hotel gardens. I had an early evening train and was kindly given a late check-out. Thanks to all the team for a great stay.
