firstly, they confidently provided us with a room that was nothing like we saw in a photo, it was literally 1/4th of the picture and so we went to negotiate by saying either give us a discount or give us a different room to which the receptionist started talking in a rude manner and his first words were go to a different hotel. when my partner came around he kept on repeating the same thing without us even completing, next i had no choice but to tell my partner to leave the situation he is acting crazy and behaving in a retarded manner to which the receptionist started threatening me and my partner, then when i started filming he got quiet and sent his hotel staff members who seemed like goons to physically attack us. the way one of them almost got on my partner revealed everything. this is the truth of this hotel, not safe at all. practically run by goons. we had to get an oyo executive involved and shift us to fabhotels which was excellent. beware of such hotels that are run by violent goons.
