pathetic, staff was hugely uncooperativ, food was bad served late in the rooms that too after arguments with staff, toilets leaking and windows without glass panes in bathroom the staff barged in one of the rooms at midnight to search for an AC remote .

Rooms are small, bathroom need to be more clean, taps leaking. There are no lifts. They offered package with breakfast, but offered only 3 choice of sheera up-ma and poha. Sheer a had lot of pink artificial colour added and was not good

Unhygienic room, bathroom. No lift. Staff did not carry luggage. We have to carry out own luggage on 3rd floor where our room was. The room had a common door with another room so bit of a privacy issue there. Terrible hygiene condition of bed and bedsheets. Everything in the room was covered with dust.

Rooms are not up to the mark and it is not at all 3 star property, it's a old property, cleaning housekeeping is an big issue, toilets are in bad condition stinky, loby passage has lot of mess used bedsheets lying on the corner floor and housekeeping material lying open, mattresses and cost stored next to rooms in loby so shabby. Not at all satisfactory only one thing was good, food is just awesome 10/10.

Property location was good, but the hotel itself was poor. Even if i did not expect much amenities at the price point, but hygiene is the main thing that should be there. The bathroom had molds on the walls, doors, and even the buckets. Water was dripping from the tap and the commode. The room was fairly clean.
