Utterly rude reception manager, lousy, pathetic staff, a small service delivery may take hours. Servers leave casseroles open in the restaurant for food to turn cold and drier. Room amenities, toilet towels are in short supply, they don’t provide hand towels. Toilet plumbing and fittings are aging and breaking down. Rooms and toilets look filthy as if never cleaned. Room AC was glitchy, electrical fittings and lights malfunction. Room faint in bad shape due to seepage, room fittings are failing.

extremely bad service and hotel. not recommended at all. no facilities and worst staff. specially reception and kitchen. no facilities for corporate travellers.

Except location every thing is bad, no proper room service, rooms in run down condition, service stardards pathetic, no proper hot water for shower, wifi is for joke only
