Excellent very good location calm and quiet helpful staff Nearer to the market they don't have restaurant but they provide food at hotel . Sawant medical college as well hindi university is just 4km away.they also provide taxi services .Very safe for family

Shavin residency is located in quiet surrounding in a city. Nice, clean and well equipped rooms with mini fridge and provision to make tea/ coffee. Good decor . Room service is prompt. Hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful . Hotel has dining area. Staff helped to get food of our choice. During our stay the lift went out of order unexpectedly. One of our group members coulnot climb the stairs. It is appreciated that hotel staff voluntarily carried him on the chair to the first floor during our stay. We, a group of senior citizens ,had a very comfortable stay at the hotel.
