One of the warmest hospitality Hotel of nainital. Nice big rooms. Staff is very supporting & caring. Big car parking space. Free shuttle service from hotel to mall road. Play zone for kids, Play zone for adults, nice gym room. happening club

Very poor experience room allotted to us very nasty & stinky construction was going on so half of the portion was closed receptionist was rude but food was good. Our overall experience was not good not the worth of money they charged this hotel is not recommendable at all

this hotel needs renovation, decoration as well as hygienic on the items like foot carpet etc. Heater should be on during morning in winter

Worst experience. We checked in around 6. 30 pm but forced to check out around 9. 30 pm. Condition of hotel was not at all similar to what your site shows. Hotel is under renovation. They did not put-on there's central heating due to insufficient occupancy. Instead provided radiator heater and electric blanket(single bed) which was defective. After approx 4 hours room was at ambient temperature. Very cold. They tried but failed to provide. Hence we had to check out. We shifted to another hotel. Although we stayed only for 4 hrs mostly at the reception and outside they gave us check out showing stay for one day. Our total money got waste. This property is under renovation which was not mentioned anywhere. Otherwise we would've not booked it. It seems this is the reason for non refundable policy of hotel.

Really amazing stay. We stayed for 3 days, super happy with service and behaviour of the staff. Great food. Comfortable room. This is our permanent place in nainital from now on.
