Primary advantage of this hotel is the location. Situated right on the mall & that is great for the tourists. But the hotel seems to be overpriced. We stayed at the Royal Executive room just beside the reception on April 16. Room & washroom were quite average. Again the hotel does not give the facility to carry your luggage from the car dropping point and if they do you will have to pay a handsome amount. So choose this hotel if you wish to stay right on the mall otherwise there are plenty of good staying options nearby.

The room on the ground floor had a good mountain view. Part of the Kanchenjunga range is visible on a clear day. The bed is big enough for three Adults. Good clean washroom. The food is strictly veg but good and priced reasonably. The location is the best. You can step out to land on the Mall!

There was no issue in finding the location as it was on the prime site. The staff were very polite especially the cleaning staff.
