Water heater was not working....below avarage overall stay....not recommend to anyone.room too cold at night.light was too dim.room too small for two person.

View was good as said Room was Tidy hotel staff members were very friendly only issue was no elevator in the hotel my parents who were aged above 50 can’t afford to take the stairs every time they should have mentioned about this earlier

Service is good, the behavior of the hotel staffs are cordial. rooms are clean and good, only suggestion a complementary bottle of water need to be provided..

Room was very cold and damp. Geyser doesn’t have sufficient water, once you bath the next person won’t get hot water and have to wait for almost 1 hour again. Wifi was weak, bedsheet and room not clean enough. Location is good that’s the only positive thing, 2mins walk to mall road. No room service available. No housekeeping.

Awesome Experience of Stay at this Hotel, very clean hotel. Each and everything is organised in a hotel room,well maintained and organised. Especially the staff behaviour is awesome.
