Neat and clean, specious rooms. Possibly best hotel in Kushinagar. Food quality is very good and it’s like home.

Very bad hotel Rather I should tell it's lodge , not worth for the amount , no restaurant in function no service staff horrible dirty room , worst bed , very electrical fittings and AC I was the only guest on the hotel the bed is too bad and its like a rock

We find the room with twin bed whereas we told that it's our honeymoon. No other guests was in the hotel but the bed was not ready. A towel was dirty in the bathroom, and when we arrived for dinner, a main part or the menu was not available. They served us something different from our order. The good point, after all these inconvenience they did their best to offer us the best breakfast as possible, the bathroom had ayurvedic shower gel and shampoo, and also 1 teeth and 1 shaver kit. Location is good between the stupa and the mahaparanirvana temple.

I had a terrible experience at the property
1 when i arrived at the property they refused to acknowledge the booking. They said they have no information of my booking. When i showed them the booking details after an hour they gave me the room
2 the room no 111 had no wi-fi facility, no bedside mobile charging point
3 bathroom was dirty. Can u send a less expensive package around 1-1. 5 lacs
