We came on a two day pilgrimage to Vailankani...and this hotel spoilt our mood on the first day itself. Dark dingy rooms, filthy toilets, unkind and tip hungry staff. Our room had vomit splashes on the walls, one pillow had no pillow case, the blankets were smelling, No phone in the room, 2 of the 4 lights were not working, the bathroom was dark, the sink was filthy with permanent stains, there was human excrement on the commode seat unwashed, the towel rod was hanging loosely since it had lost its nail, no hanger hooks in the bathroom, floor of the room was sticky and filthy. When we brought all this to the notice of the front desk they said they'll come and see to our complaints but noone came. So we spent most of our day outside to avoid being in this horrible place!! The free breakfast was pathetic to say the least, we were served in a big yellow plate. Each yellow plate had a dried fried egg, one oily puri, one idli, the dal and sambar were very watery and tasted horrible, the coffee was brought from a road side unhygienic vendor!! I did not have have any contents of this meal. I had a peep into the kitchen later and was horrified to see the dirty buckets, filthy dishes, cutlery just left open and strewn here and there, looking at that I felt a wave of nausea and was glad I didn't eat any of the stuff from the yellow plate!! The corridors of the hotel had rats because filth was piled in corners. They insisted on full payment when booking online, so we had to bear with this for 24hrs!!! We checked into ANOTHER hotel the next day which was VERY good in all respects, the restaurant at the other hotel was great too all, for almost the same rate!! DO NOT STAY IN THIS (THIRD RATE) GOLDEN SANDS.HOTEL!! You'll thank me for warning you!

The lenins were used.. Floor mopped with dirty water as awaful smell..I requested a room change which was given

location was good but room was old . No basic amenities were there. we have to ask for everything like towels, soaps, mineral water, etc.

The hotel is very good and nearby to the pilgrim site. The staff are nice and friendly
The only problem is they don't speak Hindi and English. Overall the stay was enjoyable.

The room given to me was not the same as shown at the time of booking. Advt shows a king size coat and another single coat. But they provide an AC room with a king size coat and an extra bed put on the floor. So ask for the same room as shown in booking site

Location wise is close to bus stand and Temple but railway station to hotel nearly one KM.not worth of money.
我带着家人在这家酒店住了一晚。因为航班晚点，我大概下午3点半才到酒店办理入住，大部分时间我都在外面。但这家酒店绝对比我之前在这个区域住过的其他酒店好很多，而且还包含了早餐，所以性价比很高。大部分员工都非常乐于助人，但第二天前台接待员有点粗鲁。我问他们能不能多待半小时（其实我多付一两个小时甚至三个小时的钱也无所谓），但他却说如果想多待半小时就必须支付半天的费用。酒店地理位置是五星好评！
位置很好，很棒…
无空调房间不值得花钱。空调房间还可以，但与租金和提供的设施相比不值得。
