We really enjoyed our stay. We were in the business room, king size bed, fridge and microwave. The room was a nice size and clean. However, the toilet in our room was loose and the tv was not a clear picture if you swiveled it. The staff was kind.

Breakfast is the average best Western fair of Waffles, watery eggs, bacon, and hash browns. Or the usual stale pastries. Front desk staff could do a better job of unlocking the front door when the customer has their hands full of baggage or other each day. The room itself is fine and best part is the it dark and quiet at night

The complex have a lot of rules. Tiredness rules so I feel like compress and hopefully thiey give me back my $50 deposit

We were told to leave without explanation of why. And I had to sit outside

They did not have my reservation. I checked this as it came up on wrong day and mo. On my iPad….So my daughter and I were disconnected twice while trying to rectify this. I even bought ins. Girl at desk was rude and I explained I called 800 no. which charged a fee in past. So, i called best western no which said over booked and only expensive rooms left so I went thru *******. They had a esp reasonable room. I got a good rm from then but as I said girl at desk said no one called it it so no record. She took imprint of CC and I told her already charged. After I brought food in and then found tv was unplugged? I drove 13 hrs to get here. I am a member and at this rate will never get a free room as only their reservation gives points. I am not happy. There is a Comfort Syite across the street. I stayed here 9 yrs waiting for auto train. Make this goos please.
