Room was great, nice location, staff was lovely. Mom appreciated the coffee in the room and breakfast was great. Would definitely come back.

The staff was super warm, friendly and welcoming.They were very accommodating when we asked to change rooms because the first had a musty, dusty smell. The second room was fine except we did not have hand soap and the soap/shampoo in the bathroom was almost gone.
Beds and breakfast were fine.

I thought it would be bad that they’re located off of a pretty busy street but I slept well. Only thing I would suggest is card readers on the vending machines and/or an ATM. I had no cash but would have left a tip for the lady that assisted for breakfast.

Clean, centraly located to shopping district of Petosky & Harbor Springs. Bed was very comfortable.
I am not fond of continental breakfast. But spread looked ok, for those who like that type of food.

Friendly staff
Our room was nice and the breakfast was good. Lady that did the cooking was very friendly and the scrambled eggs were delicious. I would definitely recommend your best western to any future customers

The Best Western of Harbor Springs was very nice. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was also very nice. Great selection. The scrambled eggs and sausage was great. The woman working the breakfast area was super nice. You could tell she took pride in her work.

Such a cute motel style hotel that has been renovated and rebranded. I only stayed one night but if I would have had more time I would have loved to stay here longer. Breakfast was great!

Comfy Cozy Stay
It was a good clean stay. Even for a hotel that walks right out of room to the cars. I wasnt able to have breakfast bc i was up and gone for work so early but the Tv in my room didnt work or I just didnt really understand how it was supposed to get it working. I was so tired anyways i just went to bed. The shower was nice and the soap present was helpful to me bc I didnt have any packed. Job well done.
