This hotel experience was really good in Vasai. It was a very tidy and clean spacious room with 24x7 hot water & central A/c and a fan The bed was comfortable but disappointed that there was no coffee/kettle for early morning coffee in the room & breakfast was not complimentary Nice centrally located and close to big supermarkets and shops Good clean restaurant with good veg and non veg food was attached to the hotel below The staff were very friendly & always smiling & very courteous and always obliged to help (Ajay Kumar/ Prachi) and the Manager Chirag went out of his way to help till we left the hotel so also all other staff in all depts The house keeping personnel as well restaurant staff were very accommodating and helpful and polite and always eager to help. The stay was really very pleasant

Bed linens were in poor condition. Had dirt stains. Toilets were not clean. Even though new linens were requested, the staff came with other stained linens

There are cockroach all over. The bedsheets are dirty and stinky. The hotel staff is not ready to clean room even after requesting. Please refund my money or at-least change my hotel

The taste of food was not good . service was not good everything was in a rush ..I visited here bcz of my friend recommended me but chicken burnt garlic starter was hot enough and not crispy could improve on the taste we also order triple fried rice and we didn't like it no proper taste and rice was sticky rice.. the person who server was not good we felt that he is doing Upkar on us .... I would suggest do not go for Chinese they didn't even ask for the feedback...

It was a nice experience ? the staff if mm t was very good and helped me customise my dates as there was an emergency at home so couldn’t use the earlier booking date but the team helped me instantly

Recently stayed at Hotel Western Inn and had a great experience. The hospitality was exceptional. The food and drinks were reasonably priced, offering good value without compromising on quality.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Overall, a pleasant experience with great service, affordable dining, and clean accommodations. Highly recommended!

Good hotel, good service, very large room, washroom is very clean. I was staying in western inn for 10 days. It was good to stay in hotel.
