Kanthi resort has big spacious rooms and washroom. Very close to highway and also not very far from Nav nagar Bagalkot, so location is nice and convenient for travellers.
Food in the restaurant was good.
Some areas where management team need to pay attention-
Upkeep and cleanliness was below average. Taps in bathroom were leaking and not maintained specially in room 120.
They shifted AC indoor unit and wall was not painted after shifting which was looking a bit shabby.

The stay at Kanti resorts was very nice. The place has very good facilities, well maintained and clean rooms. Staff responds very well, room service available 24x7 for food. The food menu can be more expanded to support pizza / burger and more dessert options, overall experience- very good.

Good place to take a break from a long journey as it is at a location near a small hill but with lot of constraints. As part of amenities wifi was available in the rooms but in actial there was no wifi. Staff was very limited for immediate help. Tea and Coffee sachets were not readily available. No commute options to the nearest city Vidyagiri which is 10kms from the resort.

The front desk is really horse and the the treatment were not at all good. For medical emergency we requested for 1 spoon of any oil for which they have declined. Pipes are leaking very badly. Toileteries aren't proper. They have restaurant which are skyrocketed cost and the taste is very bad and poor. There is no near by restaurant for us to make choice. Please try to avoid these hotel.

The location is not important, though very lonely away from any habitat. The dinner served was good. The room was large and spacious and so was the bathroom. However a lot can be improved. The pillows were too hard, no refrigerator, no glasses to drink water, no spoons to stir the tea, no coffee powder, hand towels were given only on request. The staff was very polite and courteous. However they didn't know english, hindi or even kannada. Probably because they were from mizoram. Overall the stay was ok provided the tariff was more reasonable.
