Room was clean' nice friendly staff from checking in, breakfast lady, housekeeping, checking out. Literally the BEST Hotel in Big Spring! This is the only hotel we stay at! To top it the pool is always clean, our kiddos favorite part!

People in room next door were loud although they quieted down at sleeping time. Breakfast was OK. I am not crazy abut bathroom design: toilet is small and low with an awkward reach to the toilet paper, and sink lighting is not conducive to a good shave. On up side, room was clean and bed was comfortable, and desk and breakfast staff were quite pleasant.

Room could have been cleaner, breakfast was adequate. Coffee was very hot! Sound proofing is poor so they even have a rule you have to initial about not making loud noises, along with the no smoking and pet charges rules. Elevator was down but they were able to accommodate my arthritic knee with a first floor room. Sounded like a baby elephant above us. Bed was adequate. Price point appropriate to the accommodation.

Had no water for 3 days.

They kept promising it would be up and never was.

The general manager fought with me telling me there was water. Why lie no one likes it when you stink.she pretty much called me a liar. Well if I lied why were they taking water from the pool fir the toilet.

Still waiting on a refund

Check in person was rude when I mentioned the renovations were done. She said they have been done forever. The reason we did not know is because we paid premium price when renovations were being done and decided if we were going to pay premium price to go to better hotels in the area.
