Visited Gia in January with family.. Lovely place. Good location..Walking distance from Candolim beach.Cooperative staff. Beautiful ambie.ence.The rooms although small were nice and clean. Nice small garden outside. Would definitely recommend this place. Total value for money. A special thanks to Kavita for taking such good care of us.

Due to heavy rain on 7th night, rain water entered in my 1st floor room as the balcony was uncovered. My luggage were on the floor and water soaked into my suitcase and bag too making all our dresses wet. The caretaker mr kumar, helped me lot, shifted our room and tried a lot to dry our clothes with a drier. But even then a day, 08. 11. 23 was completely wasted as we were not left with any dry cloth to wear. But i am very happy with the behaviour and helping attitude of kumar. Secondly, i was given to understand by my relative in mumbai that there is complimentary breakfast with this accommodation although it is not mentioned on the booking information slip. The caretaker denied to have any such knowledge and said he has no order to serve breakfast free. As a result, i had to pay for breakfast that they served us. No thanks, done. That's all.
