Really good ambience, polite and supportive staff, clean and spacious rooms and washrooms. Very calm atmosphere and safe for girls or family as well

It beyond expectations, the rooms are large, near and clean. Team is very proactive and supportive.

Even in a Premium room, they don’t supply hand towels in the wash room. They force the guest to wipe hands using bath towels.
Restaurant is a blunder here, as they say they have offloaded it to a 3rd party contractor. And the 3rd party will supply you stuff against immediate payment only, no matter how many times you order within an evening. You have to pay each time. When I insisted to sign the bills & settle the entire amount at the time of checkout, waiter returned with my ordered item without delivering it to me. I complained it to Restaurant but some Mr. manages the restaurant & he behaves very arrogantly. He said he won’t supply stuff to my room. I raised the issue with their Hotel manager, he said he doesn’t understand Hindi & English both. He simply said one word, CHECKOUT. Hats off. Breakfast is only 2 forced items of South Indian food daily. No other option. This hotel deserves to be called a lodge.
This is the first time I have come across such a nuisance, thru my travel career of 30+ years. I strongly recommend to delist this property

They got money from somewhere & built a hotel. But they don’t have the education to manage it. Even in a a suite room, they don’t supply hand towels in the wash room. They ask guest to use bath towels each time, to wipe hands. They have off-loaded the kitchen to 3rd party. As a result, you need to pay each time against each order. Even for a bottle of water. This is 1st time I came across such a pathetic system in the world, thru my travel career of 30+ years. On top of that, most of their staff don’t understand Hindi & English both. Rather, they expect guests to know all local languages, as their staff are a mix of Telugu/Tamil/Malayali/Kannada. Hats-off to them with a question, why they exist in India.

What is the process of booking. There is no contact number. Seems risky booking with you. My known circle says refund is problem. You cannot be trusted. How do we pay and incase of refund there is no contact details. Not a transparent process.

My stay at hotel new blue earth at srikakulam in day & night centre was great, the rooms were really spacious and property is centrally located. Cleanliness was maintained, morning breakfast was nice too. The food was tasty and the staff were caring, there is covered parking in cellar.

Hotel room inside is spacious but there was no kettle/tea bags. Breakfast is worst. . When i was into room 201. There was no lock is there for bathroom. I had given a complaint to hotel reception. They repaired it on next day. Also room bed sheets had a bad smell. Even bathroom water was having a bad smell. Not a good hotel to stay for a corporate people. Any thing else u need. Even cost is also very high. Even ac noise is unbearable

they didn’t give us breakfast and they even said that there wont be any breakfast we were so hungry that day and they did this!!!!🤬

As their was no clarity between the employees regarding the check in which i had done, had no prior information not provided the wifi facility, more over washroom and room was not good. So i had check out within 6 hrs. No photo images with me. As i have checked out on the same day
