Clean, great staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast. The hotel is decorated beautifully for Christmas. The pool and hot tub area was nice. Pool is cool this time of year, but nice it was open. Small workout room with cardio machines and a few weights. Laundry room was convenient. Overall, great stay!

Room was clean, bedding was crisp and fresh, pillows were comfortable, and the room smelled nice. Desk staff were friendly amd welcoming. Our absolute favorite part of the stay was the sweet little calico cat that lives outside. She made our joy 10x more enjoyable. It would be awesome if the manager would allow her to be a desk greeter inside. Such an enjoyable stay.

Room has been remodeled. Very spacious and clean. Nice decor. Great breakfast. Short drive to downtown New Orleans

非常吵闹。整晚都有人摔门。一直闻到一股难闻的气味。已经向工作人员反映过了，但没有任何改善。以后绝不会再住这里了。
