There was a variety of items to select from for breakfast. We were very very satisfied with the breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable!!

Spacious room and comfortable bed, but pillows could do with being replaced. Microwave, fridge, coffee machine.

Appreciated use of the excellent heated indoor pool. Very good breakfast with a lot of choice in a very well considered dining area.

Walking distance to eateries.

The worst was the strong gas smell that came threw the a/c unit, from the heater that was above the pool, and filled the room, for the entire night! I was afraid to breath and couldn't sleep!! The hot tub was the main reason that I chose this hotel. It was broken, the button was missing to turn on the jets. Many of the doors, where key cards were needed to enter, were ripped off or not there. The breakfast area had cob webs and an inch of dust above the waffle maker area! IT WAS JUST BAD ALL AROUND and certainly NOT worth what they're charging per night!

I think that the cleaning of the rooms should be every 3 days minimum, I already have employees there who have been staying for 1 month, and they always have to go to reception to request their cleaning.

Bed bugs roaches and no running water! They verified it and still would not refund our money! Had to get another hotel room on top of it in middle of the night after getting bit and to wake up not having water! Absolutely disgusting & horrific! This place needs to be shut down! After booking in line and coming from 9 hours away I realized it was not safe & dirty but figured we were only sleeping there and to deal with it until we ran into that nightmare. When we left it was scary a guy was sitting outside our room without any shoes on

Good place to stay

First night there was water leaking in the room in early am. But in the early morning when I alerted staff I was able to move to a good room for my second night.
