We are strict vegetarians and ordered Veg Hakka Noodles, repeating and confirming the order multiple times. Shockingly, we were served Egg Hakka Noodles – a dish that isn’t even on their menu. This makes it clear it was not just a mistake but pure negligence, if not intentional. When we raised the issue, the first reaction was not an apology, but, “Should we take it back or do you want to keep it?” As if eating egg by mistake is no big deal. It could have been chicken as well! When I asked the owner if he would eat chicken, he said, “Sir, Shravan month is going on, how can I eat?” – yet expected us, who have never eaten egg in our lives, to be okay with it. Hypocrisy at its peak. We had to skip dinner entirely that night. This is about more than just food – it’s about respecting a guest’s faith and delivering basic service ethics. Verdict: No matter the view or location, stay away from this hotel if you value honesty, hygiene, and respect for your beliefs.

Your dinner order was correctly prepared as Veg Hakka Noodles for Room 507, but by mistake, our service staff delivered the food to Room 506. 2. The owner personally came to your room, apologized immediately, and even offered to arrange dinner from a pure vegetarian restaurant (Lotus Farm) at our own cost. Unfortunately, this offer was declined. 3. Our staff members – including the chef, room service boy, and the owner – all expressed their apologies and sought forgiveness for the unintentional error. 4. Later, you demanded a complete refund of your booking, stating that otherwise you would post negative reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, and Agoda. At Harmony Palace, we deeply respect the faith and sentiments of all our guests and are committed to maintaining honesty, hygiene, and service ethics. While a human error occurred.

Simply awesome place facing the mountains with uninterrupted views. Great food which is freshly made post your order. Mind blowing dining area with projector and speakers to enjoy your evening. Clean and spacious rooms. Attention to detail is highly appreciated as they have kept hair dryer in the drawer, clean new water kettles and fresh flowers on dinner tables. Few games on the terrace. Vishal Jadhav at the reception is very helpful and so is the staff including Santosh and Vaibhav. Surely coming back and thank you Harmony place for the amazing service

It was a very pleasant and memorable stay in thus properly. We booked a room on 1st floor and all their rooms have extremely good view of Sahyadri mountain range just in front of window. Special thing is all rooms have separate balcony with great view you can't forget. They also have rooftop restaurant with tasty food. They have sound system and projector in restaurant to listen songs and watch movies or live match streaming as per your requirement (fir Free).
