The room was spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were great! Breakfast had a lot of great hot food choices and choices in general. But there was nothing but noise all around us overnight on the 2nd floor. One room had LOUD music and TV all night long. The walls are so thin. We won't be back.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable and they had full sized pillows, not the half pillows so many hotels have now. Breakfast was a full spread including bacon, eggs and potatoes and had fruit toppings for the waffles. Breakfast was well stocked and attended to. Hotel had some construction going on but did not interfere with our stay. Hotel was located close to the highway. We will stay there again when in town.

Room clean and spacious. Bed not comfortable. Biggest dips in the middle I’ve ever seen in a hotel bed. Good breakfast with lots of options. Fast checking and friendly staff.

The staff was attentive and pleasant. The hotel seemed out of date and desperately in need of a remodel. In fairness to the hotel, they were under construction.

清洁人员和厨房工作人员热情友好，工作努力，酒店/房间状况良好。但我们入住三天，只有一位前台工作人员态度友好，简直像机器人一样。我们入住时，除了询问是否入住，并简要介绍入住规则和路线外，没有其他接待。甚至连个微笑都没有。这太令人失望了。我们本来没想找个好朋友，但在忙碌的一天之后，一张笑脸就能让我们感觉好很多。

酒店温度太高。地毯很脏，有污渍。房间很热。恒温器坏了。它会突然关闭，房间就会变热；或者它会卡住，房间就会变冷。空调噪音很大，很难入睡。沙发床没有床单或枕头。房间打扫得也不干净。
我以后不打算再住贝斯特韦斯特酒店了。我不明白为什么酒店名字后面会有“PLUS”这个词。它没有任何额外设施。网站上的照片肯定是新酒店的时候拍的。
