I would have given this hotel a five star except for lack of proper etiquettes and reasonable behaviour by the reception . One Ms Manju at the reception should be provided proper training . When I arrived ,she was looking at the mobile phone and didn't even acknowledge the guest . Rudely asked why I was there for ? I had a booking for 2 days . The next day she asked me for how many days I was there for and when will I check out despite a confirmed booking for 2 days . I am sure she must be following protocol but the customer service touch point is so important . Apart from this minor hiccup , this hotel is very good in terms of rooms and facilities. In house restaurant provides good food . Rooms are big and nicely done

Shreyas in front office and Pravin in restaurant made all the difference. After long drive a clean room and plenty of hot water in bathroom was fantastic. Appreciated security taking care of car was amazing. What a lovely and lively experience. Will definitely return.

Better choose Surya executive not Surya International..always maintenance work.. heavy disturbance

Overall travel abed checking was good but not like old surya international. As towels not provided rooms also not clean proeprly

Over all travel and checkin expirence was good but its not same like old surya international as there was no towels provided needed to call reception for it found rooms also not cleaned properly

The gadgets such as the kettle, ceiling fan etc are not working properly these are to be maintained. The staff is very cooperative and humble.

had booked one suit for 3 persons from 16.01.25 to 19.01.25,while on booking I was assured on whatsapp a rate @6048.00 per day with GST and complementary breakfast,However on Checkout(my suit no.206) on 18.01.25 at night 9.30 pm ,A reception staff denied the rate offered and charged me @6608.00 per day with GST.The reception staff at counter was very rude and giving baseless answer that it was given by mistake and then said it was for corporate disc.but can not given to individual again said that the rate was on the day of booking only and while checkout the rate applicable is 6608.00 Considering the services offered the stay was not at all good as expected and very disappointed.Will not recommend any individual (OR Corporate as You people cannot keep your word as promised
