Room condition pathetic, no cleanliness , complimentary breakfast also ok ok , they are not filling food as it’s completed. Even restaurant also not hygienic

I with my wife went to this hotel on 28th Apr 25 .my train has arrived at 6:00am and I have to go back on the same date 10.oo pm so I request the reception person to allow me wash room so that we can go to sangam.he refused arrogantly.but mmt helpline cooperated a lot.and we get the room. This is totally dharamshaala with good air-condition and toilet. And it's location is good.

Good to stay here, staff have good behaviour. Calm environment. Fooding and lodging are not bad , if payment will be done earlier then quick service.

There was some foul smell was there in my room on my request they did not shift me in other room.

my experience with this hotel was very bad. If anybody travels with their car. kindly not prefer this hotel . firstly there was no parking space I have been in hotels with no parking facilities but there staff member helped me in past so that I can park my vehicles safely. but this hotel doesn't helped me with parking and I have to take new hotel for my stay. these people didn't even bothered to ask why there guest has not returned to their hotel. terrible experience.
