The overall experience was good. But the front office person was very busy and didn't have much time left to attend customer queries. I would request the management to relieve him from such other works where customer queries are put far behind.

It's overall very good experience at hotel. Staff is cooperative, they have given us early check in -:3 hours early check in. Food quality of breakfast and lunch was very good.
