I had a very pleasant stay at the Shivaay Blue Hotel. The staffs are really polite here. Rooms and property location is great.

The overhead shower was not working and even after complaining twice no action was taken by the hotel. Restaurant person who serves in the room was behavior was very rude after ring the room bell he always used to band the door or try to open the door which is not good for privacy of travellers.

Everything was fine, like check in and check out, room service was good, the behaviour of the staff was good.

I booked a suite room and swimming pool was free with that as rain water was flooded on the floor as it started raining. They changed the room but rain water was there in that room also.

The hotel food quality was very worse compared to my last 3 stays. Last day-what i received was untakenable.
