This hotel is a little gem. Nothing extraordinary about the physical facility or the rooms--they were typically decorated and very clean, although I have to give special note to the extremely comfortable beds--like sleeping in a cloud. What made our stay really notable, however, was the attention of the staff. They went out of the way to ensure that we had what we needed. One staff member extended the hours of the free breakfast one morning when we were late getting there. Another staff member was extremely helpful in accommodating a large group, some hotel guests and some not, who wanted a place to visit for a couple of hours before an evening event. I would definitely stay here again.

When we first got there staff was nice room not ready was going to be on first floor when we came back to check in was moved to an uper floor could not sleep air conditioner was very loud not working right when we mentioned it to the staff she was rude about it

The room access door swipe cards (keys) are the old, magnetic strip-type. There are better working door key systems that use chip technology. My door swipe card worked intermittently, requiring repeated swipes to get access to my room. Irritating! Bath: It took 2 minuets of water flow to get hot water in either the sink or bathtub. Unacceptable! Thank-you for taking my report.

Nice facility Except shower.. shower head us so high you can't move it & spray was hard so was getting all over floor of bathroom. The shower curtain does not keep water in as it slides down bar to center & won't jeep water from going outside when assistance is needed in the shower.

We have stayed here multiple times because of family and would never stay anywhere else. We arrived two hours early and were welcomed as we always were. The rooms are roomy, quiet and clean. The breakfast is consistently the same, at least every time we've been there, they've had the same thing.

Staff was very pleasant. Room was clean. Found a weird note on my car. Another guest? It was kind of creepy as I was only in town for a wake service and funeral and there was no security guard.

Hotel front desk was friendly and efficient. We had a quiet room on 3rd floor that overlooked pond and birch tree. Room was clean and very spacious and comfortable with king size bed and couch. Had nice pool area that we didn’t use. Breakfast included with typical items including bacon and fresh fruit. Would definitely return.
