缺乏维护

浴室才是真正的问题所在。

气味难闻。

马桶内壁污渍斑斑，像是好几天没刷过了。

毛巾架坏了，被随意地放在一边。

镜子上积满了灰尘。

没有厕纸，而且厕纸很旧。

水龙头水压很低。

最糟糕的是水。

打开水龙头时，流出的水里有黑色颗粒。

那一刻我就知道，这里的维护根本不重要。

Profile picture and other pictures posted in their page made us to choose this hotel.but in reality it was the worst place I ever experienced. Old doors n poor maintenance n worst food

Check time 12pm but i went at 10pm only,that time also i called and tell i will be reach within 1hr ,but once i reached i will be for 30minutes with my child,receptionist didnt respond,and service boy is so worst,i am carring luggage and my child but he didnt care,he didnt ask to carry my luggage,but once reached room he want tips such a stupid thing when enter into the room just he asking money without doing nothing,no one in the hotel is responding,very very very worst

Amenities nothing around. Location is not easily accessible due to fly over presence.

Toilet cleanliness is bad. Toilet fittings were dirty. Toilet tissue not kept. No kettle for hot water.

Room walls were with pencil scribbling.

The Good:

If you're traveling on NH16 from Nellore, this hotel offers a convenient stop at Madhavaram, allowing you to avoid Chennai’s traffic for some much-needed rest. It seems to have had better days in the past, but now feels somewhat neglected due to poor maintenance.

The Bad:

The rooms are showing clear signs of wear. Water seepage has left the walls disfigured, with patches of fungus in some areas. The window panes rattled throughout the night, and I had to wedge the provided soap into the gaps to stop the noise—which surprisingly worked. The bathroom fixtures felt loose, and the overall condition of the toilet was quite rundown. Additionally, the staff who escorted me to my room openly asked for a tip, which felt unnecessary.

Breakfast was basic, consisting of Idli, Pongal, sambar, chutney, white bread, oddly colored loose butter, jam, and tea/coffee.

For the same price, you might find better options within Chennai city, but in this location, this is the only hotel available. I specifically chose it because I was on a motorcycle trip and needed a place to park my bike while taking an Ola into Chennai to avoid city traffic.

Overall:

If you can tolerate the worn-down condition for a night, it’s an acceptable place to rest before moving on the next morning.

I might have to visit again but room was not cleaned as requested. They need the date when I booked to check me in which caused some delay during check in. Food was delivered late from room service. Food taste also was not that good

The experience i had in vijay park was good. The service and atmosphere where also pretty satisfying. Location and accessibility was good too and the view of surrounding area was good

Worst experience, 7th floor no wi-fi, ac is mounted at your face with no swing facility, no exhaust in toilet, no normal food is available (rice, dal). When you order from kitchen make sure you call reception after 10 min else you won’t get your order. I was sick and was sweating, i asked to change the bed sheet and pillow cover but they didn’t do it. No option for breakfast. Cockroach is also found in my room.
