为我们办理入住的客服人员友好、专业、尊重,她毫无保留地解决了我最初遇到的问题。入住期间很安静。
关于这次住宿,我想说的不足之处是,为了让每个人都能了解好坏信息,你可以感觉到他们可能在做一些小升级,比如重新粉刷墙壁、更换家具/地板,但你可以看到地板和墙壁上滴落的油漆。我用来进房间的大门玻璃上的格子已经破损。我两次进酒店时,客房服务人员在大厅打扫时,安全门都被撑开了。现在我能说的亮点是,酒店有一个漂亮的游泳池和休闲区,这在附近的酒店中非常独特。
房间足够大,但是电视与床的距离太小。二楼没有制冰机,电梯在大楼的另一侧。我们离泳池很远,而且非常潮湿,我丈夫需要吸氧,所以这间房间对我们来说不是最好的选择。床的两边只有一个插头,他需要插上氧气,但是插头在床框的边缘,很难插进去,所以另一边的插头无法使用。因此我们不能把手机放在旁边。床是一张特大号床,但枕头只有沙发枕头那么大。大堂有一股难闻的烧焦味。以后我不会再选这家酒店了。

不太好。浴室地板很脏,到处都是头发。没有椅子或桌子可以坐。几乎没有地方放淋浴用过的物品。外面乱糟糟的,杂草丛生,垃圾遍地。可能不会再来,也不会推荐给亲朋好友。
优点和缺点
入住手续快捷方便。房间干净,床很舒服。空调噪音很大,难以入睡。
早餐不太好。没有炒鸡蛋。没有餐巾纸,服务员拿来一卷纸巾。每张桌子都很脏,垃圾桶也很脏(没有垃圾桶衬垫)。
泳池还可以。虽然是室内泳池,但水温太低了。他们几乎扣留了我所有的杂费押金,我不知道为什么。我从来没有遇到过不退还杂费押金的情况。住在这里不值得。虽然房间更便宜,而且他们还扣留了我的杂费押金,但我们应该多花点钱住别的地方。
达文波特前台的朱莉非常友善,乐于助人。我们喜欢这家汽车旅馆的一切,除了热水浴缸现在没有了。我们通常住贝斯特韦斯特酒店的原因之一就是为了使用热水浴缸,所以这成了我们唯一失望的地方。
床还可以。他们给木地板上了油,留下了几滩油渍。总的来说,房间和地方都不错。然而,给地板上油的人根本不知道他们在做什么。调理完木地板后,需要把油擦掉或打磨掉。
我们正在探索达文波特和四城地区。这是我们入住期间住的第二家酒店,但选择很棒!床很舒服,房间和酒店都很干净!
