We stayed there before. There for 10 days this time. It's reasonable. Priced about right. The exterior and common areas need some maintenance, updating and general cleaning. Seems like the place is a little under-staffed? (Family-run?) The complimentary breakfast was routine. My suspicion is not all of it is freshly made each morning but it was adequate. Hot tub and sauna were nice.

Great place with alot of stuff to do. They have a heated pool, hot tub, a sauna, and also a little gaming area with a pool table and a handful of coin op games. The only bad part was that breakfast wasnt served early enough for myself to enjoy it but the rest of my family did and said it is really good. I will stay here again.

Room was clean and the staff was friendly, pool and hot tub were both nice. Will return again if in the area.

It was ok. Nothing special at all. Housekeeping wasn’t the greatest. Many night getting back from work there would be trash left over & had to ask to have bed sheets changed. It had a weird smell. Liked the location.

Bathroom by pool had zero toilet paper both days we stayed.
Ballard table charge to use but has no Que ball to play. Host tried to look for one but didn’t succeed.
Race car game had jammed slots. Couldn’t play.
Chips from vending machine were expired.
Showerhead in ceiling fell down while using And the handhelds holder was already broken so it was just propped up in the shower.

Property has a weird layout. To get to breakfast you have to take an elevator to the 4th floor then cross over to another building and go down a floor. More aggregation than the price of a room is worth. Will be the last time I stay there

Liked the property as a whole which is sizeable. Clean and neat with nice space for a double room. The breakfast was of good quality cooked onsite but it is repetitive. Property has a nice pool area, breakfast area and game area as well as access to FULL gym that can be used during stay. Staff was good and I do plan to stay again. Also there was a Mexican restaurant onsite as well.

Only thing was they double charged me for the stay and over drafted my bank account by almost $400 dollars never received my deposit back or the extra charges they took.

Everything was great! The staff were very friendly and nice. I will highly recommend for people to stay there if they go to Cedar Rapids!
