We apologize about the pet barking at the early morning, as we are a pet friendly hotel, we always tell out guest to please make sure that the pets do not disturb another guest. We apologize about only having one wash clothes in the room as this has never happen, we will make sure to have the housekeeping department double check their work. We were not aware of the TV only having 1 channel our inspectors usually check TVs to make sure they are working properly. This is not the impression we set our hotel to be as this issue are new issue and we will make sure address any issue guest bring to our attention. We wish you could consider us again, but we understand.

We have never encountered any issue at the process of check in we will make this change so that this won’t happen again. 酒店回复: Thank you for your response. As we strive to give you a great stay unfortunately we did not meet your expectations. We always want our guest to feel comfortable and pleasant while using our shuttle. We have never experienced such issue about our shuttle in any type of weather. We will look into this. As for the room this is a great shock as we have double inspection in the rooms and our housekeeping staff has been doing great over the past month since the change. We will also look into this room, because we do not want any one else to encounter such issue.

I do want to explain if it was a third-party hotel stay this reservation can't not be cancelled through us. It will have to be cancelled through our third party. 房间不错,但不是很干净,淋浴很糟糕
房间不错,床很舒服。早餐不错。但是房间里浴室的地板上有头发,显然没有打扫干净。淋浴与浴室地板的其他部分完全齐平,所以当你洗澡时,水会从门下流出,流入房间的入口。这是一个糟糕的淋浴设计,每次你想洗澡时都会弄得一团糟。
不禁为前台工作人员感到难过,他们都非常热情和乐于助人,但那里太冷了。前台就在运动激活入口门的正前方,每次有人移动时门都会打开。
在我们的房间里:浴室门简直太傻了——一扇滑动的谷仓门,没有锁,也没有保持在轨道上。浴室地板的两个角落里有一些碎屑或剥落的油漆之类的东西。
早餐不错。座位区太小而且很冷。
家具很脏,浴室设备墙壁破旧不堪等……浴缸水龙头不能正常工作,电视不能用,周末没有值班经理。前台把我换到另一个房间后搞砸了,但没有进入系统。我换到的房间显示它是空的,需要打扫。从晚上 11 点、凌晨 1 点和早上 6 点开始,前台三次敲我的门。我去了前台,他们问我为什么会住进那个房间。我被叫醒了三次,他们一点都不在意。第二次尝试时,他们用万能钥匙打开了门。幸好我把安全门闩锁好了,否则他们就会走进我的房间
前台的女士在为我们办理入住手续时既不迎接我们也不与我们进行眼神交流。
大堂和通往二楼的楼梯太脏了。从我们的房间可以听到电梯每次停靠时发出的叮当声。凌晨 1 点,我们被一个男人敲门并威胁我们附近房间里的某人所吵醒。警察来了,又让我们睡了一个小时。没有热水可以洗澡,跑步机看起来像是从垃圾场打捞出来的。下次我们去看女儿时,我们一定会住在其他地方。
地狱般的旅程
我去参加婚礼,他们提供从酒店到会场的班车。婚礼前后他们只开过 3 趟。面包车可容纳 8-9 人。当我要求司机打开空调时,她拒绝了。外面温度是 87 度,车内温度是 107 度。两个窗户都开着,头发乱糟糟的,化妆品也流出来了。房间不是很干净,踢脚板至少一个月没清洗了,床罩怎么样。浴缸被硬水弄脏了,浴缸周围的填缝剂也弄脏了。我绝对不会再住在瓦尔帕莱索贝斯特韦斯特酒店了。房间的照片没有表现出我的厌恶。建筑物虽然老旧了,但仍然可以好好清洁。
