room is good but.. service is very poor.. tap is not working properly .. the manager swtich off the ac anytime and there is no supply of drinking water in this hotel

I have not seen such a dirty hotel in any city, bed sheets are dirty, bedding is dirty, there is not even provision of water in the hotel and there is neither any room boy and girls in the hotel nor the receptionist refuses to give anything you ask for, one special thing is that this hotel is not a family hotel, it is a hotel only for couples who have to stay for one hour, I had to face so many problems, I cannot tell you in one day, make my trip, I want to say that never book any guest again

Good service, neat rooms. Stay was okay and staff was helpful. Toiletries were provided only when asked.

Staff was very rude. They had not kept the rooms ready though I had already booked . The doors of the rooms were not proper. Hot water facility is available in only 2-3 rooms so we had to fill the bucket from those rooms and bring it ourselves. The buckets were also not clean.
