Front office lady was really rude.
No room service in 3 nights stay
No trash removal
Used towels never removed from bathroom for 3 days.
No body lotion kept in the room.
Window corners were not sealed properly and cold air pass through that.
I have stayed more than 100 hotels in last 2 years for my business and never had a horrible experience. Nobody from my group of companies will reserve Best Western plus anymore.

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Chicagoland- Countryside. The rooms were nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again
