位置便利，还提供免费停车。阳台的景色美极了。
房间有一股长久无人打理的霉味，被子是潮的，最低的住的卫生舒爽要求都没有达到。因为有厨房且宽敞选择了这家，虽然价格便宜一点点，但与实际的居住体验相比，非常不值，拉低了整个旅游体验。慎选慎选。
很满意 风景优美
我入住了黄金海岸Ruby酒店905房，觉得这里很适合家庭入住。公寓空间很大，有两间卧室和两间浴室，房间明亮、干净、舒适。前台员工很友好，整个住宿期间服务都很靠谱。厨房里厨具齐全，虽然有点旧但用起来没问题。位置也非常好，步行即可到达冲浪者天堂。
不过，也有一些不足之处。窗户不隔音，导致卧室面对隔壁酒店泳池的一侧非常吵。清晨经常被泳池里玩耍的孩子们吵醒，很难好好休息。此外，所有水龙头的水温都不稳定——大部分时间都特别烫，即使调到冷水也一样，这让人很恼火也不太安全。
总的来说，对于家庭来说，这是一个宽敞且位置优越的选择，但噪音和水温问题确实让人有些失望。
这次住宿让我很失望。公寓在我入住时很脏，还有异味——地板黏黏的，厨房也不干净。我投诉后，第二天确实有保洁人员过来打扫了，但考虑到我付了更高的价格，这次体验远低于预期。
旅行多年，正常都是默认五星好评，第一次认真来写次评价。
带着三个孩子临时决定来黄金海岸进行一场错峰旅行，每一年来黄金海岸度个假也是习惯，在我们还都是澳洲身份，极其适应澳洲本地生活和秩序的情况下，最终被该酒店退房后收取的30刀费用“恶心”到了。
酒店本身卫生情况也就那么回事，设施老套，但澳洲大多数酒店都那样，所以我们很习惯。
怕被收取清洁费用退房前特地把地扫了，按照要求碗洗了，桌子擦干净，垃圾全倒光，和入住前唯一的区别就是被子没叠，沙发因为给孩子玩耍临时转了90度，就被酒店收取了费用，理由是我们将房间弄的乱七八糟。
建议该酒店直接在下订单时收取清洁费用，就按照澳洲市场价一两百刀收，没人会觉得不正常，我们也不用又扫地又洗碗又给你倒垃圾的，什么都做完了再硬找个理由扣钱是**行为，只会让人觉得恶心。
不推荐该酒店给刚来澳洲游玩的人，连久居澳洲的我们都觉得无语，真不知道难得来这旅游的人会受到什么待遇。
非常适合家庭和朋友出游，酒店设施很棒，但没有客房服务。
