The most boring and basic hotel I have stayed in at the coast. Despite it being very serene and beautiful it lacked entertainment features and was basically just there ..no oomph, no character very basic . At the pool no activities no one to serve you even water etc . Just boring and underwhelming..

We spent five nights at the resort over Christmas as a family and had a lovely experience overall. Exceptional service from Faith, the Guest Relations Manager, made a real difference to our stay. She listened attentively to concerns, handled them efficiently, and followed up with feedback; this level of care was truly appreciated. The food buffet was varied and inclusive, with options for children and vegetarians. Mr. Mwaro from the F&B team went above and beyond to ensure our family was well taken care of and on time. The lazy river on the apartments’ side was undoubtedly our favourite feature. While the other pools were enjoyable, they could feel less secure for younger children and non-swimmers. The rooms are a bit dated, but clearly well maintained, which did not go unnoticed. With a few safety and facility improvements, this resort would be even better. We enjoyed our stay and would happily visit again. Jess

Such a terrible experience, we had booked 5nights in advance but couldn’t even do one night. Rooms were old, there were houseflies in the toilets, the bed was horrible. The first night was such a disappointment we had to move to another hotel in Diani. It was so bad we had to forego the entire 1000usd we had paid for 5 nights. Based on the aggressive reception we received from the staff we realized it was pointless to ask for a refund. The disappointment nearly ruined our vacation. Only visit this resort if you are looking for a bad experience. Joa kali resort.

从正门、接待处到预订的房间，整个地方都让人感到宾至如归。
所有员工都非常棒，虽然我没能记住他们的名字，但我遇到的每个人都对我非常友好。
我和我的太太非常满意，我们一定会再来的。

没有健身房是一大缺点。
早餐供应时间如果能安排在7:00-11:00就更好了，因为10:00之前的供应时间很短。
工作人员非常友好：Louwrence、Winnie、Fatma 和 Emmanuel 都是非常优秀的员工。
蒙巴萨附近的结构，非常受欢迎，巨大的公寓只需要保持得更好一点，但非常舒适，有大客厅、3 间卧室、4 间浴室、俯瞰度假村和大海的露台。自助餐厅供应当地菜肴。 3 个游泳池，其中一个有一条河，由于风携带灰尘和树叶，河水不太干净。小心黄蜂，你可能会遇到蜂巢并被蜇伤。晚上酒吧里有音乐，尽管这个时期人很少。值得再次参观的是游戏室，里面有非常古老的卡罗姆和飞镖。
