Bathroom light didnt work, pull out bed had no sheets or bedding. Gave us the wrong room number, really surprised who was already in the room they sent us to.

We had a hard time finding our room. It was on the first floor with an outside door. When we found the room the door was wide open and the bathroom light was on. I requested a different room and couldn’t get one - they said all rooms were taken. We went back to our room - checked it over and found that the bathroom sink was full of dirty water and could not drain. It didn’t look like the bathroom had even been cleaned. I once again went to registration to let them know. A maintenance man was sent to our room and spent about 30 minutes getting the sink to drain. He realized we had no wastebaskets, so he put several in our room. All of these problems and we’re still charged $179.00 for the room. Never again!!

This has been the worst hotel stay ever!! The sheets were dirty and stained even the mattress was stained. We were placed in another room and that room wasn’t good either. When you first walk in it smell like the carpet in the room was damaged from mildew smell the room smell bad. If the hotels around wasn’t all booked , we would’ve definitely went somewhere else.

The room I had was very nice & clean. The breakfast was satisfying and the eating area was clean also.The only thing I would say is that the TV is a little small. Maybe go a size or two larger otherwise very nice stay.

Should give a notice a head of time
Wish I would of had a heads up that the pool and the hot tub was not in working order

Overall this hotel was ok even though it is a bit dated with room doors opening from the parking lot area rather than an indoor hallway for better security and privacy. Also the pool and hot tub were closed and we were told it has been closed for over 2 months awaiting parts and finished repairs. Such things should be noted for those of us who choose a hotel over others who do not have such amenities

Below Average Stay/ Not Impressed
The room wasn't very clean especially the bathroom area. After the room reset, there wasn't any towels, I had to ask twice before the maid brought the wrong ones.
It seemed everyone was more worried about smoking pot vs taking car of customers.

Very basic hotel
The stay was ok. Then building is very dated and needs updated. They had pool and spa under maintenance for a very long time with no intentions of fixing but leave it in the website as a amenity. There breakfast is horrible. For this kind of hotel i coild of just stayed at a hotel 6 no diffrence really and would of paid alot less.
