Room was run down and in need of updating, cleaning and repair, but had everything needed for a work trip.
Front desk staff was a bit unprofessional upon checking in 11/17/25, loud music playing from her phone that she didn’t turn down and had explicit language, she was also wearing what looked like sweatpants and sweatshirt.
Amenities were to be desired, pool was closed and she said treadmill was broken in the exercise room.
The provided breakfast was ok.

Very quiet. Good night's rest. The price was right. It definitely is an older venue, however, the room was nice and had everything we needed. The front desk staff were very nice and professional. A hot continental breakfast. Appreciated eggs and sausage. This venue deserves a higher rating than what is given by the reviews.

Bathroom light didnt work, pull out bed had no sheets or bedding. Gave us the wrong room number, really surprised who was already in the room they sent us to.

We had a hard time finding our room. It was on the first floor with an outside door. When we found the room the door was wide open and the bathroom light was on. I requested a different room and couldn’t get one - they said all rooms were taken. We went back to our room - checked it over and found that the bathroom sink was full of dirty water and could not drain. It didn’t look like the bathroom had even been cleaned. I once again went to registration to let them know. A maintenance man was sent to our room and spent about 30 minutes getting the sink to drain. He realized we had no wastebaskets, so he put several in our room. All of these problems and we’re still charged $179.00 for the room. Never again!!

This has been the worst hotel stay ever!! The sheets were dirty and stained even the mattress was stained. We were placed in another room and that room wasn’t good either. When you first walk in it smell like the carpet in the room was damaged from mildew smell the room smell bad. If the hotels around wasn’t all booked , we would’ve definitely went somewhere else.

Twas clean with a good location. The only issue is the time zone changes in the parking lot so I was never sure what time it was. Lol.

The hot tub was disgusting we use a hot tub cleaner on it and the amount of dead skin and who know what else came out of not only the pipes but the filter,our room was good just the hot tube was bad and thats why we rented the room
