The lobby smells wonderful. Like walking into fall.
We were greeted upon arrival and checked in by friendly and smiling staff.
They recommended a place for dinner, which was delicious.
The lady who checked us in also told us about the hot breakfast.

This place was great! Room was clean and comfortable! The staff was wonderful. Super friendly. It really had a feeling like it was owner run. Lots of attention to details. And again the staff was super friendly and personable. The breakfast was great and fresh. I loved this place. Thank you for just doing a great job!

From the moment we walked in the front desk associate, Crystal, was friendly and welcoming! Our room was spacious and very clean. Every sigle staff member I saw/encountered was so kind and helpful! We were made to feel so welcome.
路上临时订的房间，到达已经晚上八九点了，没有体验啥服务，早餐也睡过头没有吃，有泳池还带个小的泡泡池，可惜赶路太累没机会体验，估计也不会再有下次了。
我一直对这家酒店的位置以及贝斯特韦斯特酒店集团都非常满意。地理位置优越，服务一流。
