The room had an awful smell. The hotel can use some remodeling, but at least the bed was comfortable and clean.

First checked in the television in the room didn’t work. I was not happy with the smell and the cleanliness of the room did go to the front desk to let them know about the television at that time. I did not complain about the cleanliness or the smell in the room, but I did say the television did not work and if I could go to another room, I don’t mind paying the upgrade. They didn’t want to switch me rooms cause they said I had already been in the room, which was only like maybe 10 minutes, but I did end up figuring out the television situation. I won’t stay there again, very disappointed in the room and the cleanings of the hotel.

The staff at check-in was friendly, but the rooms were extremely dirty. They are carpet rooms and you can tell they never run the vacuum cleaner. The hotel needs a deep cleaning. I never expected a Best Western to be in this poor shape.

This place was a dump. People outside partying in parking lot until 10:30. Towels were small and thin. And a"t 6;00am they "accidentally " turned off our air. Check in staff was nice that is all I can that was good about this place. Mold in shower. Door jam looked like it had been kicked into before. Not a good place

one of the worst yet in my 62 years
It was not clean - we asked for the room to be cleaned and it wasn't - for THREE days. The front desk wasn't great and the breakfast was horrible....

Very musty smelling room. Couch looked like something they dragged in off the curb. Jacuzzi tub looked about 50 years old and had rust stains.
