The room was dirty. The room had not been cleaned. When we arrived at 9:00 at night, we had to go to front desk to have some one clean the bugs that were everywhere. The toilet seats were nasty. They obviously had not been cleaned. When we spoke to the front desk again on check out, all we got was oh, that’s definitely a problem. No mention of making a refund of any kind except for 10% on two rooms which were almost $800 for three nights. We will never stay here again and don’t recommend it to anyone! It’s a shame that there are t any nice hotels in Montgomery, TX. Stay in Conroe!!!

The bed base was squeaky but so comfortable. The location was perfect as you could sit by the pool and see the lake across the street

Great hotel, great room, great continental breakfast, great staff, highlight on my trip, quality place to rest, and reasonably priced when I was there at about $109 a night!

适合快速舒适的住宿。非常安静舒适。
员工非常友善，房间也很干净。这个价格，绝对超值。
房间里没有咖啡壶。
淋浴间的阀芯装反了。热水在冷水区，冷水在热水区。大多数人会以为没有热水。
办公室旁边只有一台制冰机，而且坏了。
早餐实在没什么可说的。
泳池是绿色的，不能游泳。我们入住时，他们说里面加了化学药剂，但退房时水还是绿色的。
前台工作人员非常友好。遇到其他员工时，他们总是面带微笑地打招呼或说早上好。房间非常干净。
这是一家老酒店，看得出它的年代。他们最近才粉刷过。
这家酒店有很多虫子，我知道这在湖边很常见。床不舒服，门/楼梯很吵，附近的马路整晚都很吵，而且地段非常繁忙。房间感觉很单调，既不舒服也不温馨，不会再住。不过工作人员超级好
我们很喜欢这里地处中心位置——方便前往我们计划的所有活动。房间很干净。工作人员帮忙解决了电视问题。我们抵达后可以提前入住。非常愉快的体验。
即使开了空调，房间仍然非常闷热潮湿——因为靠近湖边，房间需要加湿器或更新空调系统。
