It was very unclean and smelled bad I have stayed here a lot and it has not been this way it was very surprising

Checked in at 1030p Room was filthy! Thick dust on bed frames & wall baseboards. NOT VACCUMED. Lights & TV didnt work. NO batteries in both smoke alarms sitting on tv stand. Poorly patched Holes in walls n door. Towel rack hanging half out of wall.Had room on 2nd floor and had to leave lobby & drive back to far back of lot to access in room pouring rain! People in adjoining rooms were yelling and argueing and slamming doors well into the late morning hours. At 7am when woke up saw a bug that looked like a roach crawl across the floor Mold in corners of bathroom Totally disgusting Will never stay there again

Not clean what so ever!!! Had to change rooms 3 times. Each time found it unlivable. 100 building should be condemned. Not what was advertised. Over all very disappointed and in conveniences!!!!!!!

Room was dirty, we bought cleaner to clean the tile floors. bathroom, vanity and dusted the furniture

Breakfast was only a choice of waffles, or biscuits n gravy. There was also cereal or toast available. It was not very good tasting. Orange juice was great, but the coffee, (once i could seperate out a cup, and not use a stack of 6 to drink-- a big challenge.) It gave me such bad gas, it was rediculous. Breakfat area was very clean though. Not very friendly staff, gave minimal interaction, and never saw anyone even hint at a smile. Even though i had requested extra pillows in online check in, i still had to ask twice after getting there. So why have the request available in online check in. Bed was not the most comfortable, but i have had worse. Room was located in a spot easy to get to with the wheelchair, thank you. Room was clean, quiet, (except when someone got ice out in the hall LOL) and spacious.

酒店实在太拉垮了。设施陈旧，酒店非常不干净。暖气也不行。实在住不下。马上更换了另外一家酒店。
我入住那天晚上，前台的那位女士非常友善。我在网上订房时很兴奋，因为看网上的照片，我订的那间特大号床房角落里有一个按摩浴缸。我是一名长途卡车司机，当时腰疼得厉害，所以特别期待能泡个澡。结果走进房间一看，除了角落里没有浴缸外，其他都跟照片上一样。这绝对是虚假宣传！我当时太累了，就随便冲了个热水澡倒头就睡了。
房费是含早餐的。早上我下楼去餐厅，结果发现只有面包、酸奶、苹果，还有一个谷物分发机，里面的麦片看起来都快过期五年了。小冰箱里只有一盘香肠饼，其他什么都没有。微波炉上面贴着一张纸条写着“加热早餐：煎蛋卷2分钟，香肠2分钟”，但根本没有煎蛋卷。监狱提供的食物都比这多。
我一点都不满意，以后也不会再住这里了。
