The hotel is new, in excellent condition, with comfortable bedding, large screen TV, and nicely appointed bathroom. Plenty of parking, well lit parking lot, and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean room and property. Knowledgeable staff. Downsides: room gets stuffy unless fan is running but save energy thermostats cuts off at night, hard to regulate room temperature. Breakfast on weekdays is late 6:30, should be 6am for guests that are not on vacation.

My room was comfortable, and the hotel has a pleasant lobby and breakfast space However, many things were out when I came down to breakfast at 8: sausage patties and most refrigerated items including yogurt. Potatoes were not warm. One of the coffee machines was out, and while it's great to have a machine that grinds and brews your coffee on the spot, there were people waiting and it is a little slow, so I ended up leaving and going to Starbuck's for coffee. There is at least one restaurant within walking distance, many more a short drive away. There is a Safeway next door, so this definitely a busy part of town during the day, but not at all noisy at night.

Nice, clean property. Only issue was the people above us were stomping around and making horrible noises until 2 am. No fault of the property or the staff.

Overall, the stay of the property was very good. The one negative was the initial check in was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. An unattended staff member behind the desk doing something on the computer never acknowledge me and the line form behind me for check-in. I asked her was her computer down said oh no I’m trying to correct a reservation for the gentleman that’s sitting there. When another staff member came to help her eventually like after 20 minutes that staff member said I will be with you in just a minute. I said it’s been a lot more than a minute. Whst do you want to check in? I said yes, so she checked me in and gave me the room key No directions to Elevators no information at all. Finally getting keys room keys / absolutely horrible check-in. I informed another day agent the next day of the horrible experience, That agent was professional abd apologize for the horrible service.

The room was very nice, very clean. Had the usual amenities. Breakfast was good enough. I felt it was a bit over priced at $375 for the night. I think due to a rodeo event and other things going on the price was raised for the weekend. I would easily stay there again, but not at that rate.
